I am a certified professional coder. While my expertise is in medical coding, I have come to love medical billing and how it requires me to put my "investigator hat" on to find solutions to any hiccups occurring in the revenue cycle. I have been in the medical billing industry since Spring of 2021. My billing specialties are neurology, cardiology, and podiatry. Since these specialties are incredibly challenging, I have sought continuing education to ensure our clients experience a successful revenue cycle. When I am not serving our clients, I enjoy volunteering and spending time with my family.

I always say, “Leave 5% for chaos.”

I have been using CodeRite consulting for office billing as an adjunct to my current EHR and billing system, to take care of claims that bounce back—and while this is a somewhat unusual use of a billing company, they have been incredibly helpful in accommodating my needs and helping push through unresolved claims. At some point if I transition away from my current EHR I hope to use them for all my billing needs, and having a responsive small local business take care of my billing is an ideal setup.
